Does this sound familiar?

  • You look like you have it all together, but the truth is you are WEARY.

  • It feels like your thoughts are stuck on repeat, with little space to breathe.

  • You wonder why after all this time, at this age, or even after years of therapy you still feel stuck. Stuck in the same thoughts, same worries, same self-disgust.

  • No matter what you do or how hard you try there is a gnawing thought that it’s not good enough…YOU are not good enough.

  • You replay conversations and can only see all the ways you sounded stupid…embarrassment LIVES in your body along with the thought, “Why did I SAY that?”

  • You end up going along with what other people want because it’s easier than dealing with their disappointment, disapproval, or distance.

You are exhausted, stuck, and so over it.

I get it.

You don’t have to live this way.

Lasting relief is possible.

Nikki DeVault, LPC

I support anxious, overwhelmed adults who are ready for more than just “getting by” and want to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, EMDR therapy, and a deep respect for the parts of you that have been trying to survive for so long.

It is possible to stop carrying the weight of the past, quiet the voice that says you’re “not enough,” and finally feel comfortable in your own skin. When you feel at home in yourself, you can show up in your life and relationships with more ease, confidence, and peace.

I’m here for that—and I’m here for you.

Let’s create a life that feels freer, calmer, and more you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The fee for a 50-minute session is $160. I keep a few reduced-fee spots for those who may need financial flexibility, though these openings are limited and may not always be available.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider.

But, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Many clients are pleasantly surprised to find they can receive some reimbursement (sometimes a considerable amount) for therapy sessions.

Check your out of network benefits HERE!

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long. In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brings you in, some of your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. It’s a gentle starting point for us to get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps your brain and body heal from past experiences that may still affect how you think, feel, or respond today.

It can reduce anxiety, emotional reactivity, and self-doubt—allowing more space for calm and connection.

  • Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy before and still feeling stuck.

It doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Sometimes the parts of us that hold pain or fear need a different kind of care.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, often in the body and nervous system, to help release old patterns and create lasting, meaningful change.

  • The length of therapy is different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to focus on a specific concern, while others stay longer to work through deeper patterns or trauma.

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and check in along the way to be sure therapy continues to feel supportive, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.
