As a licensed professional counselor based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, high stress parenting, and the complexities of relationships. I care deeply about helping people feel steady, understood, and less alone in what they’re carrying.

My work is grounded in attachment focused and trauma informed approaches, including EMDR and parts based therapy. Between Sessions grew out of the same intention I bring to the therapy room, creating space for reflection, steadiness, and meaningful growth.
